Decent value for family

I was looking for Family Travel Insurance that wouldn't break the bank. I compared a few sites and Cedar Tree had a good price point. I also noticed they had a multi-trip discount, which was a nice bonus since we travel a couple times a year. The policy covered what we needed, so it felt like good value for the money spent.

Good cover, quick delivery

I purchased Worldwide Travel Insurance excluding USA Canada and Caribbean for my upcoming trip. The online ordering process was quite simple, I could easily compare the Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. My policy documents arrived in my email within minutes after purchase, which was great. I had a quick question about the Doctor Please App access, and their support team answered it clearly when I called, they were helpful. The coverage details were comprehensive, and I felt confident with what I bought. Overall, a solid experience.

Perfect for my trip!

I got the Single Trip Travel Insurance for my vacation last month and it was perfect! Everything was straightforward on the website. I felt really secure knowing I was covered. I'll definitely be getting my insurance from here again for my next trip, and I've already told my sister about them. Great service!

Easy to get covered

Needed some European Travel Insurance for a trip to Spain. The site was pretty easy to navigate, found what I needed quick. The price seemed decent enough compared to some other places I checked. It was a smooth experience overall, no real complaints.

Hey, wondering if anyone's had issues with their gadget insurance from Cedar Tree? Like, how good are they really if your phone breaks while you're abroad?

J Josh Sanchez 5 days ago
I've used them once for a dropped tablet on a trip, and it was pretty straightforward. Had to fill out a form and send proof, but they paid out.

Yeah, my friend had a good experience with gadget cover too. Just make sure you read the fine print on what's actually covered and the excess amount. I think they usually cover theft/damage but not every single scenario.

Anyone know how Cedar Tree compares to Staysure or Post Office for annual policies? Just looking for the best value without compromising too much.

J Jacob Parker 2 weeks ago
I switched from Staysure to Cedar Tree a couple of years ago because Cedar Tree was cheaper for the same level of cover for me. Always worth getting quotes from all of them and comparing the specifics.

I've used both Post Office and Cedar Tree. Post Office was fine, but Cedar Tree seemed to have better options for things like winter sports add-ons, if you need that. For basic annual cover, they're probably pretty similar, but check the excess and limits for each.

Thinking of getting an annual multi-trip policy. Are the renewal discounts any good, or should I just shop around again next year?

D Danielle Moore 1 month ago
They usually do offer a renewal discount, I got one for 10% off last year. Worth checking what they offer you when it's time.

I just always shop around. Sometimes the renewal is okay but sometimes you can get a better deal as a 'new customer' somewhere else. Don't rely on it being the best price just because it's a renewal.

Does Cedar Tree do anything for pre-existing medical conditions? Worried about getting cover for my mum's diabetes.

S Susan T. 2 weeks ago
Yes, they do! You just have to declare it when you get the quote. They'll assess it and might add a surcharge, but they definitely offer cover.

My dad has a heart condition and got covered with them for his trip last year. You fill out a questionnaire during the quote process and it gives you options. It's usually more expensive, but at least it's an option.
